lock-down fun

i think the entire country is on lock-down. probably canada too. i can't believe the security. random id checks by well armed military personnel and curfew is extremely strict. because of this clip won't leave his apartment so i have to go over there. if he gets id'ed he'll go straight to jail. it's been an interesting couple of days. his apartment is a dump. not that mine is any better, it's just my dump.

i met up with trish yesterday and we had coffee. she wanted to come with me to clip's place but i made up an excuse as to why she couldn't come. he'd flip if i showed up at his door with her. he warns me once a day since i first met up with her that he thinks she's working for 'them'. when i ask who 'them' is he just replies with a loud 'you know!'

there doesn't seem to be any news on the terrorists and/or the perpetrators of the attacks on saturday. i thought for sure with the government building attacks there'd be tons of video and photos in the news. you can't get within a mile of a government building without at least having your picture taken.
eight hundred and sixty eight people dead. many more injured. i'm still in a bit of shock. it's almost as big as the 10th anniversary attacks in 2011. some people think this is a 20th anniversary attack, just 6 months late, but there are no groups or factions publicly taking responsibility. none. mind you i get most of my news from the federal news bureau and we all know what kind of news that is, so i cross reference it with the stuff clip finds. i try to make sense of whatever may fall in between the two.
i'll have to keep watching and see how this turns out.

me

i'm a full volunteer 'cause i had to. i'm a techno geek and when i'm offered something like that for free i have to take it. i'm starting this blog to try and find out what happens to me when i'm out of it.
